Encolpe is an opensource developer since 1996 and contributed to many software (mailman, horde, statagus-bos, imsevimse, ...) in many languages (Python, Perl, C++, Java, PHP,... ). In 2003 he participates to the development of CPS3 at Nuxeo. In 2005 he join the Plone community and become a member of the Plone Foundation in 2009. He is actually working on Knowledge Management tools for universities and high schools and on management tools for local collectivity and government organizations.
