Sabine Janzen is research associate and Ph.D. candidate at the Chair in Information and Service Systems (ISS) at Saarland University. She is interested in human computer interaction including natural language processing, semantic modeling of knowledge representations and software design. Sabine studied Computer Science in Media at Furtwangen University and wrote her Diploma Thesis about natural language processing in context of mobile dialogue systems in 2006. With attending the Master's program Computer Science in Media at Hochschule Furtwangen University in 2007 as well as by her research work she deepens her studies of natural language interaction between customers and products within intelligent environments. Although, a core issue is the integration and processing of distributed (semantic) knowledge resources within the natural language interaction.
